factory reset recovery

Hi,I'm new and I have a problem.While doing certain file operations to correct a problem I accidentally resetted my tablet to factory default settings.Now I can't access the internet or settings or anything.Is there a way to recover?I looked for a website or some kind of customer support to find a basic setup procedure,but to no avail.The device is a MID&E-book 7"display Android 1.6.It seems that the reset wipedout the settings for LAN and network connections.I just got this tablet today.I would greatly appreciate any answers PLEEASE!

Did you get your issue fixed? If so please share. I can't access the internet or settings either, it keep trying to connect to the Internet, but of course it can't because I can't get to settings to enable any of the settings.

Any experience you can share would be great.

Some more information is needed. The chipset in the tablet and a more specific product name would help determine what is supposed to be on the device.
