Factory Reset Went Wrong

I did a factory reset and now there is nothing on the flytouch pad. There is like a white dot when you touch the screen it moves to 4 or 5 different spots on the screen. Please help me. What do I do to fix this problem? I don't want to have to buy a new one. Thank you in advance for your help!!!!
