File transfer from android phone to android tablet via WiFi

I use an android phone samsung galaxy i7500 running android 1.5 it has problem with bluetooth file transfer.
And Motorola Xoom tablet.
since I cannot do a file transfer over bluetooth. How can I do the transfer over WiFi

i like the file manager Hd. thia allows an easier view of all the devices you plug in like usb flash, sd card etc. when wanting to see all the storage from the main screen hit up on the top right hand side. it also helps when moving or copying files.
