Flytouch 2 (debr2.1561) Touchscreen doesn't work!

I just bought the flytouch 2 tablet! Firstly, it worked quite well nothing wrong but after app crashed, the touchscreen stopped responding! I tried almost everything. Reset function, restore fabric, delete cache but still the touchscreen doesn't work!

Sometimes Row below works such as the House/home button, other placed apps and sliding to different pages.
How is this possible?

Also, I can't get through the calibration test. The blue circles are not a problem but the red circles are! I do everything with a USB Mouse now..

The flytouch works now on debr2.1.1561 will an update of the firmware help?

Does anybody know how to solve this problem or experienced the same!?

Probably a loose touchscreen cable.

That makes sense! Are you sure that it is not a software problem?
If you are sure, do you think that I should fix it myself or visit a cellphone shop?

I have the same problem, slide bar wont work, was sending it back, lost instructiond, due to hard drive crash, now been told a firmware upgrade will fix it.
Now it wont even power on, so cant do anything, i did hit the reset button, and the battery level is way down so recharging it now and will try again.
Any other ideas, I havent even managed to play with it yet
