Hi jesbert, congratulations on your new tablet and welcome to the forum. If you just bought the tablet recently and it's at all possible, you should probably return it. If you can't do that, I'd suggest you do a factory reset of the tablet. You'll find instructions here http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-q/62022-how-do-i-factory-reset-my-tablet.html. Try some of the methods suggested there to see if any will work for your tablet. Good luck!
