Frozen tablet !!

I have a PIPO M9 PRO. I was in the middle of writing an email when my screen froze and it wont let me turn off the tablet or do anything.
I have already tried to hold the power button for more than a minute, the escape button as well and I dont know what to do. Tablet doesnt have volume keys or anything. I tried to open it up and taking the battery out but everything is weld together so I cannot just unplug it.And there is no reset hole to put a pin on it. What can I do ?

Hi rodsanchez11, try to restart your tablet, then try to flash, install the new firmware, should can solve your problem, have a try. Good Luck !
