Galaxy Tab A 9.7 (aka SM-P550) - any way to fix the terrible pixelation?

bought this tablet 2 days ago for the missus. she doesn't mind it, but I can't stand how bad the picture is on it. Bestbuy sold me on it...we needed a tablet with integrated stylus. can the screen resolution be changed somehow?? or some app that can help with the picture??

Welcome to the forum

The resolution cannot be changed. How does the one you have compare with one in the store? Unless your problem is related to streaming, (possibly poor WiFi), you shouldn't be seeing that at all. You may want to consider an exchange.

I recently purchased the exact tablet and love it, no problems. Agree with leeshor, consider an exchange.
