Google Play always Crash

I am having problem that Google Play always crash, even before I choose 'Accept' or 'Decline' in their first pop-up form.

Is there anyway I can find out what's the problem? Is there something / apps or modules need to removed or upgrade or anything...?

Well I will recommend you to download again google play, that would be right hit I guess. I was in same scenario, I had downloaded unrecommended google play app and it was also acting similar to your app. My friend recommended me to download google play again and it all went well after that.
