HBO GO login

Hello!

Recently purchased a Vizio tablet from COSTCO and love it.

Unfortunately when I try to log into HBO Go app using Comcast/Xfinity I can't login, even though I'm using the correct username and password that works on desktop computers. It says the username and/or password are incorrect. Any suggestions?

Are you using the HBO GO app or logging in at the comcast site? I don't use it, but I think you need the app.

Thanks! I was only trying to use the HBO website. The HBO APP works great!

Were you able to get hbo go to work on your vtab? I have not been able to get it to work.

Yes, I downloaded the application and it works. It seems I had to change the password I was using. I'm not sure if I got the password incorrect, but in any event I changed my password and then the app accepted it no problem.
