help cant get games or apps!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heya, i dont know what andriod i have got except it has view quest (the slate) on it. i got it for my 7 year old daughters xmas but cant get any games or apps on it - yes she can get facebook but no moshi monters shes gutted - i need help in finding out how to download games and apps so she can get the use out of it, some1 said u need a contract or a pay as u go like a mobile is this true and how do u go about that. please help thanks

Hi Probbiethe1 have tried everything that you said but keeps coming up with 'i dont have permission to download' - any ideas

Go into settings and then "applications" now tick " allow install from unknown sources"
