Help me find the right tablet

I am looking for an android tablet that runs 2.2 or 3.0 and is not too expensive (<$500). I need 3G, GPS, bluetooth, and a compass. I would also prefer at least a 1GHz processor and 512 MB of ram. Thanks for the help!
