help-new to android-nextbook3

hello, i'm new to this site and to android. just got a nextbook3, and this morning it locked up.
i don't see a reset hole, and its not responding to anything i do. can anyone tell me how to
get it back to normal??? thank you for your time and help.

Turn it over and you will see it under the Serial No tag.
