Hi everyone, newly here. Looking for help with my tablet. I am led to believe that I need to re-flash my firmware, to get it to work again.
I have tried to press reset button, but nothing. have tried the hold volume key and power key exercise and nothing. Just blank screen. Live suit does not see the system. At the moment it makes a nice paper weight. Any help would be fantastic especially if it gets it going.

. Just search for 9.7 a10 firmware and get any of it. At least they have same size, resolution and chip.
