How do I change whch application opens a file? When click on a downloaded .pdf file, it will open, but I want to change the application that it is opened with. How do I do this?
Go to the Settings, Applications, Manage Applications.
Select the application that is opening the programme you do not want it to open.
Select Clear Default
If the Clear Default is greyed out, than that programme has not been associated with the document or there is another programme set as the default.
The next time you open the document, you will be asked toselect a default programme.
