How do I get Wifi Status without market?

I need the Wifi Status by Andrew Schwimmer (WiFi Status - Cyrket), but I do not have market access. How and where can I download the apk directly?

Tried many times already. The QR codes are redirecting me to the market. The AppBrain app cannot even connect to its server to sync and allow me to download and install the apps I choose. =(
