How do I save attachments on email

I get attachments in my email. How do I detach them from the email and save them to my microSD card, into a directory for my downloads?

I haven't been able to find a way.

I was just looking at the same thing. I found apps on the market that will download attachments. There are several but I don't know enough to recommend one over another.
