How do i save or backup everything i have on my coby kyros 7015 like my games and app

and something else if backup my files with clockwordmod how do i put all files back on my kyros if it goes into factory setting

Backup with clockworkmod, you can find how to do in other threads. It will put backup on sdcard. All you have to do is click restore in the same menu that you would backup from. Its easy, and I recommend backing up very often.
