Hi omane, I'm moving your thread to the Android Tablet Q&A section for you, where more people are likely to join the discussion and try to help you. Good luck!

Yes, a factory reset will clear your password. But there is a way to recover your password through google.

To do a factory reset try this:

  1. Unplug power and shut the unit off by pressing and holding the power button.
  2. Press and hold volume + and power.
  3. When you see the Android robot, let go of the buttons.
  4. On the menu that appears, use the volume + and - buttons to navigate, the power button to select. The back button can be used to exit sub menus to go back to the main menu.
  5. Navigate to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" and select with the power button.
  6. The device should restore to factory condition.

Credit Traveller1701 for above.

The key sequence for performing an external factory reset is different for each tablet model. Traveler's hard boot may work on a Copy Kyros MID9742, but not necessarily on the OP's Smartbook Surfer 360 MN10U. It doesn't hurt to try, though, I guess.
