I have a kocaso m730w and I can't download anything it will connect to Wi-Fi but still say no service what can I do

Hi Michelle, congratulations on your Kocaso tablet and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. Check the time and date settings on your tablet. If they are correct, check to see if your tablet does the same thing when connected to another network. (A friend, neighbor, McDonalds etc.?)
