I Need Help Fast.!

What do i do? I cant get into my applications cause it is saying "The application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.", and "The application Calender Storage (process com.android.providers.calender) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.", also "The application Gmail (process com.google.android.gm) has stopped unepectedly. Please try again." What am i suppose to do it wont let me get on internet or anything i just got it not to long ago????

What brand is the tablet you have? You can prob hold the power button down till it says shutdown or gives you some options like restart, shutdown, etc.
