I need help with 8042 rom flashing/recovery problem...help meh plz

I have a Coby 8042 and i was messing around with rom toolbox earlier and i changed the notifications theme. since then it wont reboot past the coby logo, the screen kind of goes blueish after that. I flashed a rom on it before using livesuit months ago but i noticed those links were removed now. I dont have cwm or any custom recoveries installed. is there anyway i can reflash a rom onto the device? i have tried signing a rom and flashing with recovery but that didnt work. maybe i didnt sign it right. idk. i tried to use livesuit but i keep getting a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it. please help

okay i was able to to figure it out. i was able to find my old rom which was cfw_8042_ics_root_gapps_v02 from the one from this thread http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...yros-8042-rooted-google-apps-google-play.html i was able to use livesuit to flash it then i was able to use adb to put cwm on using http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...ot-recovery-update-all-without-livesuite.html and finally i flashed aurora ics 4.0.3 mobiz from this thread http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...mobiz-v-2-modified-work-coby-7042-8042-a.html so problem is solved for now until i break it again haha.
