Please help I have just bought 2 disgo tablet 8000 for my daughters for the last 2 days i have not been able to get them connected so they can browse the net .I have managed to get the Wi fi connected but soon as you click on browser and type something in it just says web page not available any help would be greatley appreciated

lets go with the simple troubleshooting first.
are there any apps on the device that use internet? (youtube, nook, etc) if so can they connect?
are you able to connect and browse the wireless with other devices (laptop, ipod, wii, etc)
are you able to check for firmware updates on the tablet?
if all your answers are no, reset your modem. If yes, try to reset your network connections on the tablet, starting from scratch, being how the devices are new, i would recoment reloading the factory settings all around and starting over.
