Im lost can someone help??

I received an Android tablet Flytouch 1.9.1 its used and I think its rooted but I dont know how to check.
Everything seems to work great but when I try to view "about Device", it force closes. I just want to know what I have so I can start playing with this thing.

try using app "quick system info pro" it will provide much more system information
