Not going to happen. IE is a PC app and PC apps will not install or run on Android.

There are a plethora of browsers that are available.

100% applicable to just about any Android Tablet.
If you MUST have IE, you will need a remote desktop app (2X, LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, Splashtop, TeamViewer, etc.) and remote to a proper PC to get an IE browser.
