It takes extremely long time to transfer a 2 Gig movie from PC.

I am trying to move (cut & paste) movie files from "My Videos" on the desktop "C" drive to the ASUS TF300 SD in the dock. For example: the movie "Two Towers" from LOTR is 2 + Gig long after being massaged by DVD Catalyst 4 and takes 6 hours plus to move. So long, in fact, that the battery of the dock becomes completely discharged before the "cut and paste" is completed. I have been slightly more successful at moving movie files into the micro SD but it's only 32 Gig where the SD is 128 Gig. By "slightly more successful" I simply mean that most movies complete the move to the micro SD in under 5 hours. What can I do to speed up this movement?

I faster SD card might help, BUT the ultimate solution would be to get a 7 in 1 card USB reader, (they're cheap), and do the copy on your PC.
