Hi folks,
I have just purchased my first Android tablet, the Bauhn WL-101GQC 10.1" (from Aldi).
Out of the box it is fine, connected to my home network, all good.
It is running JellyBean 4.1, but a couple of apps I want to install require 4.2 or later.
The official update channel via the About box reveals that there are no later updates for the device.
Short of rooting (which I've never done, but am happy to have a crack at if required) is anyone aware of any impending updates or of a more legitimate way to get 4.2 or later installed?
