lenovo a2109 generates a white flash occasionally

I just purchased the lenovo a2109 and noticed a white flash that streaks on lower half of the screen from left to right approximately once every 10 minutes. It is only noticeable when watching a lenghly video stream like ustream. I don't know if this is a normal function of the
a2109 or if there is a problem or possibly a setting is not right. It does not appear to be caused by the stream because I have not seen
it on my toshiba thrive. Has anyone else noticed this? thx rodgerp

I used to see this somewhat frequently back when I was running ICS. But I've only seen it a handful of times in the several months I've been running JB.
