Locked Screen

To whom it may concern, I just got my new Coby Kyros Android Tablet from a friend, it is new, but for some reason I cannot get the screen to unlock, it keeps asking me for a pattern & everything I put in is not right, so evidently the person I got it off of did have a pattern to unlock it!! Is there a way that I can get a new pattern & unlock the screen without them having to show me theirs!! Please Help!!

Hello cowgirl, welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to become a member here at Android tablets. I see from your other post you've already asked your question in the Coby generation 1 forum and that's the correct place for it. Hopefully someone there will be able to help you get that tablet unlocked. Good luck!
