Looking for 3G tablet...

I decided to buy Android tablet.Ideally it would have:* 3G GSM modem (SIM card slot)* wifi* resolution 1024x600 (or higher)* GPS* decent screen* (micro)SD card support or USB port (pendrive)* price < $300Viewsonic Viewpad 7 is nice but bit too slow and 800x480 only.Advent Vega is great and cheap but no built-in 3G. Any recommendations?

OK let's tweak my minimal requirements: Android 2.2, 3g sim module, 1GB RAM, CPU 1GHz, 1024x600, 8" capacitive screen readable in sunlight, price <$250, USB host.

As stated above they are my MINIMAL requirements which means I don't want anything smaller than 8" or older than 2.2 etc. Cortex A8 1GHz should be fast enough to run JB, I guess?

I haven't seen any latest 8" China MID Tablets with built-in 3G modem

Seems like tablets with built-in 3G modem are rare...
