Looking for a Good 10" Tablet under $150

I been looking for a good 10" tablet under $150 for mostly reading comic books and web surfing. I have seen Noria Expanse 10" on amazon for about $119 but i'I've been reading mix reviews on it. Has anyone use Noria Expanse 10" and is there any other I should be looking at.[h=1][/h]

That's nice and a good price but shipping is to much $$$. Any others?
 
I found Archos 101 G9 Turbo ICS that is $134 with shipping. I read/watched reviews saying this is a great tablet. Plus this was at $329 when it first came out in 2012.

Well I had some give cards and went with the Nook HD+ 32GB for $152 on Amazon. Its not 10 inches but close and plus I can install Cyanogenmod if I want to.
