Music getting lost on SD card

On the coby kyros mid8024 when i add music to the sd cad under a new folder called music the music seems to get lost/messed up. After ejecting the sd card and tablet from computer i go to my music player and only a few songs have been downloaded.

When i hook it back up to the computer the files are in Lost.Dir on the sd card. If i send the music files from my computer directly to the tablet everything is fine.

Why is it that i can't add and play music through my sd card? Is there another way to add music to the sd card so that it will work with my music player?

Maybe your SD file system is broken. Try to check it on your computer or re-format it.

Yeah I just figured it out. The Sd card i put in it was shot. I had tried to reformat the sd card but still no luck, so i put a new one in. The new one works great...no problems so far. Thanks
