My Android 4.0.1 has crashed. Need Help !!!

i got a tablet pc 7 ich without brand, using cortex A9 or A 10. When i power on the tablet it only shows a black screen with android written logo. It does not load the android at all.
i think i will need to install a fresh copy of android 4.0.1 to the nand disk of my tablet from an sd card. Can anyone help me how to do that?

I think we may need a bit more info as to which tablet you have (model number) so we can help get you squared away. You may also want to check with the OEM or seller to see if they can help you. I am not that familiar with the Cortex ones, so it may be enough with the info you provided.

The supplier cannot be reached. it is a brandless tablet. I am more sure it uses cortex A7 or A8. It has 4 gb nand disk, 512 mb ram, usb port, hdmi port , micro sd card port support upto 32 gb micro sd card, capacitive multitouch screen, 1.3 MP front camera, volume button.
