I purchased a dell strak 2 days ago and the battery is dead. naturally i plugged into its charger. there is no light to say that the device is charging. I have tried a number of electricity ports. each time i hold down the power button the side lights up for 5 seconds then a red light flashes quickly and the device dies.
what might get the device to turn on.
I think I am going to return it becasue reading through forums it seems to be nothing but a dissappointment.
