Can you be more specific on what general use is. If your thought of it is the same as mine I would say the Vizio Vtab 1008. It is a great little tablet that does pretty much everything for less than 200.00
The two you mentioned cost much more.

If I need to choose between Asus(Asus Transformer EeePad) and SAmsung(10.1)? What is better?

I have the transformer and give it high points. Works great, never had a problem with it.

Have not heard anything about the Samsung, but I have heard so many things bad about both Transformers that I would not buy either, I ended up setting on the Toshiba Thrive.
