Need Help For Sylvania 7" Tablet

I am looking for help from anyone that could assist with the repairing of my Sylvania 7" Tablet, after trying to reset it to factory configurations all I get to se is the Sylvania logo on the screen. I can not root it because I do not get into the BIOS or anything else. I really need help .......
