need help

i have a android CMP738b by craig it wont power up all the way just keeps going back and forth on the android start up screen saver

Hi dcntma,

(And welcome to the forum.) I'm not sure, but....

My Craig 738b sometimes does not start up ( boot ) properly. It has happened when I was charging it, and then turned it on when it was fully charged and the charger was still plugged in. But if I unplug the charger and press the reset button, then it will start up (boot) properly.
