Need to reinstall your operating system?

If your tablet no longer boots and/or hangs at the logo, try dropping an email to support@sylvaniacomputers.info. If you have a receipt showing your tablet is less than one-year old, they pay the shipping both ways; otherwise you pay shipping. However, the support people can reinstall the operating system free. It took me six weeks (they lost my tablet at their warehouse), but I did receive a replacement tablet with the operating system reinstalled. The public servers are offline, so you are unlikely to be able to reinstall the operating system yourself.
