Netflix downloaded and installed but won't play

I purchased Ematic Eglide 2 w/android 2.2 for the kids for Christmas. I've downloaded and installed Netflix. I can get to the selection screen on Netflix, the program loads but will not play. Do I need a flash player installed and if I do, what version?

I belive youll need Adobe Flash 10+ to play the movies. I have a rooted tablet on 2.2.1 and flash 10 will install but it wont work.
