New tablet owner...

Hi all..
i am new to the tablet scene. so be gentle. i used to own an android g1 phone, but now own galaxy tab 10.1 tablet. So far, just trying to get used to the tablet experience. was curious what are the best android apps for the gt10.1? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
