I turned my tablet on and all it says is herotab. I plugged it up to my PC and it see it but does not recognize it. The on off switch does not turn it off. I have to push the reset button to turn it off. I think it does not have a OS in it. Can anyone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
