Nextbook Next7p12-8g won't boot

Hi. I bought my Nextbook about a month ago and it has been working great until today. Whenever I try to turn it on it just freezes at the third screen and will not load the OS. I went into the Android system recovery and tried to do the 'wipe data/factory reset' but I only get theses messages:

E:Bad bootloader arguments
"(null)"
E:unknown volume for path [/udisk/factory_update_param.aml]
E:Can't mount /udisk/factory_update_param.aml

Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

I have the same problem..

I try to turn it on it just freezes at the screeen were ara a finger touching a sunflower and never run de Android. I went into the Android system recovery and tried to do the 'wipe data/factory reset' but I only get theses messages:

I try almost everything to fix it but never read on the External SDCARD.
