No App-No touch Response...

Hi! this morning i've power on my tablet, and i've noticed that all the application are disappeared and the touch screen don't have any logic response...i've tryed to start the calibration but the tablet won't turn on the calibration mode.

Anyway i've tried to restore the sistem with the Three finger reset but he say: no image found...

What problem it is?
Prease help me...

Go to settings, privacy, reset to factory, check the /local box and hit ok

i'm trying but he continuously say: The application(com.android.setting) has stopped unexpectly!!!

Click cancel instead of Force Close and it will catch up.
