Panimage 7" Tablet wont do anything

I just got my tablet today and I followed the directions, charged it and then turned it on. The main screen is blue and says Panimage, but it will not go past that screen. It is the Panimage Media Tablet powered by Android.

Can someone please help me, I was so excited and now I am so upset........I have pushed the menu button, it just wont do anything. Could it be locked somehow?

Please help. Is there anyone out there that has had this problem or can direct me to some help.....Please, I have searched the internet and can not find an answer to what I could possibly do to get my tablet to work.

Return it, simply it is not booting up
Theorically, it is not as bad as mentioned and you can get it for less than $60 including S&H
I believe it is similar to the MID tablet but with Android 2.0
Check it, because that is the minimum to have Flash
I purchased a MID with Android 2.2 ($75), it is decent for a 6 year-old boy but he would prefer an IPad
or his netbook anyway...
