Please help with flash player. I do not have access to marketplace, why?

Hi everybody. I'm from Poland, and I've just buy some junk, that doesn't running marketplace, and I need your help, how to install Flash Player on this ****. Where to download apk file with flash player? What should I do to have flash player support?

It looks like on this YT film:

I know it's junk, but only that marketplace I need, or Flash Player 10. It's working on Android OS 3.0

Just open the Android Market and search for Adobe. Open Flash 10.2 app and tap install. Then u will have Flash support in the web browser O
