Please help with flash player. I do not have access to marketplace, why?

Hi everybody. I'm from Poland, and I've just buy some junk, that doesn't running marketplace, and I need your help, how to install Flash Player on this ****. W here to download apk file with flash player? What should I do to have flash support on this device?

It looks like on this YT film:

I know it's junk, but only that marketplace I need, or Flash Player 10. It's working on Android OS 3.0

first of all, you must connect your tablet to internet, after that you can run your marketapplication, and register. you can open some browser to download flash player =)
