Polaroid PTAB8000 Bricked

Like the title says, my Polaroid PTAB8000 tablet is bricked. I accidentally loaded the wrong firmware and now the device has a blank black screen. I tried manually powering off the device for 20 secs then loading the factory v1.0 firmware by holding down the (-) volume button and power, but nothing happens. Whenever I have the device powered on and plugged into my computer, it shows up as "M3-Chip" in device manager. Any ideas of how to load the factory firmware are welcome. This is my only Android device and I miss it alot. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had the same problem I installed different firmware on mine to it went black I came across this it worked for me its called the phoenix card run the program on a SD CARD with the right firmware put in tablet and turn it on let it run
