Possibility of an Ubuntu Tablet port to the A2109?

I've been interested to see if Ubuntu Tablet could be ported to our devices since it is originally developed for grouper. Would this be possible?

NOTE: I'm not a "true" developer (I don't actually compile ROMs or write any code) and I don't even have a PC that can handle compiling Android without taking 2 days per build, so I won't be able to even begin to try.
