Powering up problem

Having a problem powering up my epad 10" Wi-Fi Android Tablet. I have tried shutting down and restarting, as well as, resetting the device and it's still not working. When turning on the device the screen comes with e-pad title and word android and just hangs. Any solutions to this issue out there?

have you tried reflashing the device. I assume this is a zenithink zt-180
