If you haven't checked out Engadget's reports on Google's latest from D: Dive Into Mobile already, we suggest you go and check it out.
The event showed off a brief preview of the next version of Android, Honeycomb, as well as a prototype Motorola Android tablet running the OS. Tablet layouts for Google maps, Gmail, the launcher, and the home screen were shown as well.
Honeycomb will be not be a separate OS for Android. Instead, it will work on both phones and tablets, according to Google's Andy Rubin.
