Problem with RAM

Hello,
i bought this unit from China Wholesale Product Snapshot Product name is Android 2.1 MID Telechip 8902 7.2" Built-in 4GB Touch screen 256MB DDR2 RAM Epad wifi 3G tablet pc 800MHZ HDMI.
I want upgrade this tablet to use all 256 MB of RAM. I don't know the brand.

Can you help me?

From the site you bought from "Memory: 256MB (The system show 128MB,that's firmware problems)"... that is quite interesting....

It should show 150MB RAM. This is normal.

I have the same problem on mine, even though I installed M701 firmware on it...
